BMP Description: The City will continue a program that requires maintaining private Best Management Practices within the MS4. The City's <br />maintenance requirements are addressed in BMP 6-04-R. <br />D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Post -Construction Storm Water Management <br />E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: <br />1. Identification of privately owned BMP's in the City that have and do not have maintenance agreements by March, 2007. <br />2. Track the number of contacts to site owners to initiate repair or maintenance of the BMP as necessary (annually). <br />F. Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: <br />1. Continue ongoing tracking and recording of condition of each BMP inspected. <br />2. EDUCATION PROGRAM / PUBLIC OUTREACH COMPONENT <br />a. Audience(s): Any resident or business that have an interest in storm water management practices. <br />b. Increased Awareness: Publish articles in newsletter and City website that address BMP maintenance and suggestions to residents <br />and businesses on BMP's that would minimize the need for maintenance in the future. <br />G.
