BMP Description: As described in BMP 3-03-R, the City will be creating an outfall and BMP map that will include information on a range of <br />BMP's (ponds, infiltration areas, etc.) located in the City. The City will review the data base options and intends to have a fully functional system <br />by the end of the first permit term. <br />D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Pollution Prevention I Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations <br />E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: <br />1. Review database options including off -the -shelf products and the possibility of creating a system in-house by March, 2004. <br />2. Select preferred approach and identify timeline and responsibilities for completion by March, 2005. <br />3. Complete initial version of storm sewer system database by March, 2008. <br />F. Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: <br />I. As described in measurable goals. <br />2. EDUCATION PROGRAM / PUBLIC OUTREACH COMPONENT <br />a. Audience(s): All City staff involved in storm water and water resource inspection and maintenance activities. <br />b. Increased Awareness: Make known the importance of the database for the inspection and maintenance program and annual reporting <br />of the City's annual SWPPP activities. <br />G.
