Hence, our accounting mandated we amend the assessment <br />to include these additional costs. The work included patching, aggregate base, and bituminous surfacing construction for Big Fox <br />Road, Little Fox Lane and Haven Lane. All objections to the assessments not received at the assessment hearing in the manner prescribed <br />by Minnesota Statutes, Secoon 429.061 are waived, unless the failure to object at the assessment hearing is due to a <br />reasonable cause. <br />
