This is supplemental to the Consent Agenda. <br />Chuck, <br />1. There were actually six items on the list you gave me. This can serve as a supplement to my Consent Agenda. The <br />items are as follows: <br />1. Discussion on changing Mayor's term to 4 years. I have referenced the appropriate statute and asked Trevor to <br />identify the procedure so we can discuss and take action all at once. Have not received response yet from Trevor. <br />2. Discussion on proposed City Hall project. We have it on our agenda for tonight with Rafferty's recommendation. <br />You asked: 1) Can we do it for S500K?; and 2) What's our obligation if we walk away?. These should be a part of <br />tonight's discussion of selecting Rafferty. <br />3. Golf course rezoning. Spoke with Tony and while there doesn't seem to be any rsistance, we need to consult Pat <br />Kelly regarding procedure. Ken Wilson is in Hawaii for the winter although Tony is available. We should discuss all <br />open space. I finally found a way to contact Eugene Newcome although he was stiffer than a hoot when I called. All <br />open space should be considered at once. <br />4. Discussion of bringing sewer along Tousley's north line. We have determined between Met Council and SEH that <br />we have more than adequate sewer capacity already in the street at Brian's SE corner (200' east). All the sewer <br />capacity from the RB district will also be redirected to this area. A formal report is forthcoming. <br />5. Where do we stand on the Residential Mixed Use Ordinance amendments. See Lindner notes and ask planning <br />commission. I'm not working on it. <br />6. Garbage Hauling Program. I simply have not had time to dedicate to this due to elections, assessments, McNulty <br />permits for Shirley, Met Council and SEH meetings, City Hall meetings and other projects.
