Program Planning Committee Report for 08 -09 -2011 HRC Meet ing 3 Explanation and Rationale : The above is an initial recommendation to create a new planning committee, plan a series of forums, and explore alternative topics and formats. The following is an initial list of potential groups and communities from which we recommend recruitment of a new advisory planning group; it may not be the actual advisory planning group since most of the groups or organizations delineated have yet been contacted. It should also be recognized that when planning a forum for a s pecific group the advisory group will expand to include leaders from that group or community.
