You can see <br />where they are on the overhead, and those of you involved know <br />where you live. The same comments I made on the last improve- <br />ments are applicable here. This is a residential street 32 <br />feet wide, 7 ton design capacity with curbs and gutters. Once <br />again the project came in well under the feasibility study. There are 3,832.8 assessable feet <br />which would be at an assessed rate of 38.07 if fully assessed. <br />Under the Council's policy of only assessing 25%, it will be <br />assessed at a rate of $9.52 per foot. $36,488.22 will be <br />received from special assessments and $109,428.65 from general <br />taxes to be assessed over a IS year period at a rate that we <br />recommend of 10.S%, with the 30 day prepayment provision. <br />
