Thank
you.

DEMOS: Anyone else?
BROCE BROWN: I'm Bruce Brown.

I live at 2629

Fisk. I live on the west side that's Block No.2 right there

of Fisk, the second one from County Road C.

At the hearing where all this was discussed

there was a mention made of sanitary sewer being surveyed and,

if necessary, being replaced. We have sanitary sewer both in

the front and the bacK of our piece of property and --

DEr'lOS: You're talking sanitary?
BROWN: Sanitary, and it was sanitary sewer
being discussed at that meeting.
DEMOS: Okay.
HROWN: And we've -- I'm against it. The

street is good. I don't have any water problems. I never have

had. And I don't tnink I need to have two sewers being

assessed in addition to the street.

DBMOS: We're not doing anything with sanitary

sewer on this.

BROWN: we were led to believe during that

meeting that sanitary sewer would be surveyed and, if necessary
be replaced.

HONCHELL: I can probably respond to that.

DOUGHERTy & SIGSTAD
