Otherwise you might pave over it and a

year later have to tear the street up to fix the sanitary

sewer. There would be no cost to any of the property owners

if we had to do maintenance and repairs. That was not as any
special assessment.

BROWN: I was led to believe there would be.

HONCHELL: I think that was relating to the

storm cost which indeed you're seeing tonight. We don't want

to again pave streets with improper drainage systems. We want

to collect the water and take it so it doesn't run down to the

point we can't control it. The storm sewer is being assessed,

that's correct. The sanitary sewer repair mayor may not be

needed, depending on what happens when we televise.

BROWN: Still, I want to go on the record that

I'm against it.

DONALD MUELLER: My name is Don Mueller and I
Ilve at 798 Rose Place. I live up on the hill. We were under
no delusion at all when we finished the original hearing on
this about what the cost of it was going to be. He quoted a
cost of approximately $12 a foot, which is approximately what
it has turned out to be. I got the impression -- I wasn't
really interested ln spending all this money myself

DOUGHERTY & SIGSTAD
