The Huberty property (2555 Victoria Street North) is zoned R-1, <br /> Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the property as Low <br /> Density Residential. (Based on the size of the Huberty lot, it would be possible to divide <br /> the Huberty site into 5-6 single family lots with a roadway along one edge.) Adjacent land <br /> uses include central Park to the south}east,and west.To the north is railroad right-of-way <br /> and county Road C.
