She <br /> 50 said the City of Shoreview agreed to cosponsor the October 4 event. She had contacted neighboring <br /> 51 cities about co-sponsorship but had not heard back from others. The City of Falcon Heights <br /> 52 expressed interest, but because of the timing of their meetings, they were not able to meet in time to <br /> 53 agree to be a co-sponsor. <br /> 54 <br /> 55 Commissioners discussed ways to distribute invitations to the Project 515 meeting, asking staff to <br /> 56 contact neighboring cities. <br /> 57 <br /> 58 Members of the Golden Valley Duman Rights Commission asked if Roseville had a domestic <br /> 59 partner registry, noting that several neighboring cities do or are considering passing a registry. <br /> 60 <br /> 61 Commissioner Kaying Thao said she has been focusing on the forum, so had not done worked on <br /> 62 planning community dialogues. She said they hope to use information gained in the forum planning <br /> 63 for future community dialogues. <br /> 64 <br /> 65 Operations Committee <br /> 66 <br /> 67 Chair Singleton said the committee did not meet. <br /> 68 <br /> 69 Commissioner Grefenberg asked that staff provide the by-laws in a word document rather than the <br /> 70 pdf, so it would be easier to update. <br /> 71 <br /> 72 Youth Commissioner Report <br /> 73 <br /> 74 Commissioner Marie Siliciano said that with the goal of engaging more youth she would like to set <br /> 75 up a Facebook page.
