EXTRACT of MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> RO E ILLE FIREFIGHTERS' RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br /> i a f i i .2 i # <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Roseville Eirefi h tars' <br /> Relief Association cunt of Ramsey,Y, Minnesota was duly heir on the day of <br /> 1 998, at P.M. <br /> The following members were present: a <br /> follovri Ill. and the <br /> ng were absent. <br /> Member inttoduoed the following resolution and moved its adoption..- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-0- <br /> RO EVrLLE FIREFIGHTER'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION BOARD RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the City has agreed (as the City sat forth in Resolution to an increase <br /> +n the pension benefit for members of the Roseville Fire Departmer t on condition that the <br /> Board have implemented an up-to-date Investment policy and consolidation of all the Board's <br /> investments into the Minnesota State Board of Investment; and <br /> WIII WHEREAS, the Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association has revised and implemented <br /> a <br /> an up 4o-date Investment Policy and has consolidated all of the investments Into the State <br /> Board of Inveatment effective lea a 3 1 199 8; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association <br /> hereby oartafies to the City: <br /> I. Implementation of an tip-to-date investment policy, <br /> 2. Consolidation of all the Board's investments into the Minnesota State Board of <br /> Investment. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association Board <br /> hereby requests Rosevi lie's City Council to amend Sermon 106.12 of the i Code to reflect <br /> and approve increases in the Fire Pension benefit to service pension amount p a Y able r <br /> month for each year of service of 25 or a lump sum service pension amount P a y able for <br /> each year of service of$2,500, as previously requested. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was cluly seconded by Member <br /> apaunt and upon a Grote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the <br /> same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> 4 <br /> IF <br />
