The Fire Relief Board certifies to the Council that it has: <br /> Implemented are up-to-date Investment PoliO/ <br /> 2. Consolidated all of the Board's investments into the Minnesota <br /> State Board of Investment. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the city will conduct am annual <br /> independent evaluation by a qualified professional of the Fire Pension Fund. <br /> AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that Section 106.12 of the City Ordinances <br /> small be amended to reflect the approved increase effective for pensions <br /> beginning January 1, 1999. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Member and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof. <br /> The following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
