Appendix A-%
Repeatedly, for the last, at/east thirty-two (32) years, we
have been told, assured and Mmisrd that the green spacelplay
area w ld be at the "Ralph Reeder School". That same question was
asked upon the sale of the "Ralph Reeder School" to NCR, at
which time again we were assured that the area would remain open
for the use of all neighbors, in&ding the many front the developed
tracts. Despite MANY, communications during the meetings, this
point is not discussed . I ask now: `is this a4arm
"QMi.U .-tbis cMnant M919M tbar.1*11-2nd rjtiZena fg[ gMIL
s j&gLSdaj - to be &bonoredZ " THIS USE OF SPACE AS GREEN
SPACE/ PLAY AREA IS AN ONGOING USE, NOT A NEW REQUEST FOR
S" LASE.
2)When the "Ralph Reeder School"property was to be sold to
NCR, the property was "13-1, limited Business
District" but rather lower zoning, I believe, residential. After
much discussion and consideration and approval of NCR for the
ongoing use of the green spacelplay space, and, hence, assent
by the neighbors for the sale of Ralph Reeder to N C R, we
were told at the close of the City Council Session that rezoning
of the Rat Reeder tract to ""13-1 " was "a formality"" and that
 y
should there be any GbMM from the use of the property by
NCR w or subsequently by anyone a/se - that such rezoning wouid be
considered from the t *... u5 0 (residential) of the Ralph
Reeder School. This item, similarly , has been omitted from
dDCUrWtS T (a), 1 (b) and 2
3) At one of the public meetings for the Arona Tract representatives
from the Roseviiie Recreation Department appeared and stated
unequivocally that the City Of Roseville is in serious need of
additional playfieids (soccer, baseball, etc.). This factor, while
well known by those working on the Arona site neighborhood
meetings, was 0 brought to the attention of the neighbors
at any meeting ; nor is it now considered in the documents I (a),
1(b) nor 2.
p'
