It was a very useful meeting and we believe we now have a better idea of 612-376-2552 the City}s goals and objectives for this process. Eased on your eomments and our discussion, we have prepared a more definitive scope of services for the Development Discovery Phase of work for review and discussion with City Council on"Tuesday of moon,April 7. Scope of Services Assist the City of Roseville in preparing a master plan and development strategy to fully realize the City Center concept and vision. The suggested process involves a five phase approach; Development Discovery,Development Analysis and Assessment of Future Requirements, Development Master Planning Alternatives,piaster Flan Formulation and Documentation. The following scope of services defines the work program for the Development Discovery Phase only. Upon completion of Phasel the consultant team will meet with city council and staff to agree on a detailed scope of services,work program and schedule for the subsequent phases* The purpose of this phase of work is to work with the City of Roseville and the Roseville community to develop a long tern vision for what their City Center can be. The consultant team will review and synthesize available information and data about the proposed city center area and the Roseville economic market made available by City staff. This information will be ufilizod as part of a public participation process seeking input from the community of what their City Center should be. The product of Phase I.will be a site assessment baseline market data,community goals and objectives and a vision plan and preliminary development prate. The Ellerbe Becket Planning Team will work closely with Roseville City staff on the gathering and synthesis of background information and data.
