Work with the City to gather public input for the concept and development of the City Center. Review existing site and facilities,planning studies,surveys and analyses provided by the City,including land use,circulation,services and utilities. Site Assesses Task A-Review and Refine Scope of services-Fleet with City officials to review and refine scope of services and public participation process. Task E-Gather an review relevant base information-This will include;topographic maps,aerial photography,past planning studies,zoning ordinances,etc. Task C-Conduct photographic reconnaissance and Wvcntory- The consultant team will visit the site and record existing site conditions and surrounding area characteristic for use in master planning and public presentations. Note; Oblique aerialphotography would be desirable. the Consultant team can assist the City in gathering this infiorrnation if not already available. 7his ser6ce is not included in our fee proposal.
