This group should be composed of City Center stakeholders including; <br /> residents,business people and civic leaders. <br /> Task D-One-on-one interviews-working through the Task Force and City staff identify key <br /> individuals who have a vested or special interest in the development of the City Center and <br /> conduct one-on-one individual confidential interviews to gain insight into the opportunities, <br /> process and potential outcomes.
