Tam McGehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br /> Spoke to a local movement to change the City's form of <br /> government; Mayor Kysylyczyn's attempts to become <br /> Editor-in-Chief of the City's newsletter, and his treatment <br /> of Councilmembers, staff and residents. <br /> F. Scott Brannon, 1315 Larpenteur Avenue West <br /> Mr. Brannon spoke to the Assessment Policy and <br /> concerns regarding planning of projects, and <br /> encroachments and damages to his property during the <br /> Larpenteur construction project; abatement of pending <br /> assessments, and requested written correspondence to that <br /> effect. <br /> Acting Mayor Kough and City Manager Beets provided <br /> responses to these concerns. <br /> G. Polly Franke, 1233 West County Road B <br /> Ms. Frank spoke to Councilmember Schroeder's previous <br /> comments regarding the "embarrassment" of the Ethics <br /> Commission; support of continuing the City's newsletter; <br /> and requesting consistency and decency of City <br /> Councilmembers. <br /> IV. Recess to Regular Meeting 7:07 p.m. <br /> Acting Mayor Kough recessed the Work Session for a Council Recess <br /> Photo, to be immediately followed by reconvening to the regular <br /> Council meeting. <br />
