2.9 Planned Unit De velop en tlSub division Agreement. Bradley Real Estate, Inc. will <br /> enter into a Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement with the City which <br /> will outline the Developer's as well as the City's responsibilities. A final draft of this <br /> agreement and exhibits is attached to this report. <br /> City Code Requirements. Section 1 008 of the City Code outlines the requirements <br /> and procedures for a planned unit development, including the coordination with <br /> subdivision regulations. <br /> Section 1102 of the City Code outlines the requirements and procedures for the <br /> subdivision latting of property, including the data necessary for preliminary plat <br /> review. <br /> 3.0 STAFF <br /> 3.1 In reviewing this request, staff made the following findings: <br /> The Comprehensive Plan designates the Roseville Center parcel and the <br /> parcel previously occupied by Fina Petroleum as Shopping Center. The <br /> parcel previously occupied by Margolis Nursery is designated at Limited <br /> Business. It is the polio of the City to address the redevelopment of parcels <br /> through the use of the planned unit development process, in order to ensure <br /> compatibility between the proposed use and surrounding uses. <br /> 2.
