Since the sanitary sewer <br /> line is located on the north side of the County Road B right-of-gray, a County permit <br /> would also be required in order to work within the right-of-way. <br /> If the request is approved, a deferred assessment in the amount of$1,345.09 would <br /> need to be paid prior to recording the lot split. The sanitary sewer service for the existing house W11 need to be rerouted to <br /> County Road B West, since there is not adequate width for a sanitary sewer <br /> easement across the south lot as proposed. A County permit will be requited <br /> o work within the right-of-way of County Road B West. In addition, the <br /> t � <br /> relocation of the service line would need to be accomplished prior to the lot <br /> split being finalized by the city. <br /> policy 4. It <br /> is the oli of the city to require the dedication of additional right-of-way <br /> in conjunction with subdivisions of property if required. The Engineering <br /> De p artrnent has indicated that an additional ten feet of right-of-way will need <br /> to be dedicated for county Road B in accordance with the Ramsey County <br /> master street plan, and an additional 15 feet will need to be dedicated for <br /> Burke Avenue in accordance with City street requirements.
