A gutter and downspout must be used to direct the flow of the roof run off to <br /> the green area on the south side of the building. Drainage cannot be <br /> directed to adjacent properties to the north or crest. <br /> 2. Construction easements will be required from the adjacent property owners <br /> in order to remove the existing steel building and construct the addition. <br /> 3. The north and west walls of the addition must be fire rated walls with no <br /> openings (windows or doors). <br /> pLAUN <br /> _LALG OMMIIS&ON ACELQN <br /> 5.1 on February 11, 1 998, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> request. Tammy Jenkins was present to answer questions and provide additional information.
