Only materials from the Larpenteur Avenue reconstruction project may be crushed and batch mixed at this location. No other construction projects shall be allowed to "piggy-back" on this activity. 2. Stockpiles of concrete to be crushed and/or crushed concrete small not exceed 20 feet in height and shall remain on the site, in the location and with the setbacks illustrated in the approved site plan, for a period not to exceed one year. The site shall be gated and looked when not in operation. 3. Concrete crushing activities shall be limited to a maximum of 15 days between April 1 and May 15 in 1998, a maximum of 15 days between January 1 and May 15 in 1 999, and a maximum of 10 days during the construction season in 2000. Hours of crushing activities shall be limited to 8;00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 4. concrete batch mining activities shall be limited to a maximum of two separate occasions per construction season i n 1 998, 1 999, and 2000, fo r u p to five working days per occasion. Hours of concrete batch mixing and hauling activities shall be limited to 7:00 aFm. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. b. Effected residents shall receive written notice from the County at least five days prior to the commencement of concrete crushing or concrete batching activities. The original list of residents to be notified will be provided by the Community Development Director, with the understanding that other residents will be placed on the notification list by requesting such action of the county. 6. The county shall provide the city with a letter from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency starting that the noise levels of the crushing and batch mining machinery* carrying belts, loading equipment, and hauling equipment (when all are in operation) do not exceed MPCA noise standards or are exempt from such standard . If such a lever cannot be obtained, or as an alternative to meet noise standards in residential neighborhoods, the County may propose sound baffle good walls surrounding the equipment as approved by the City's sound consultant. 7.
