5.3 The Planning Commission recommended approval of an interim use permit #3 to <br /> allow concrete crushing and mixing operations on a portion of a 0-acre County- <br /> owned parcel located east of Kent Street and north of Larpenteu r Avenue, with the <br /> conditions outlined ®in Section 4.1 of this report, and with the following additional <br /> conditions (5-1): <br /> 11. The interim use permit shall be valid for the remainder of 1998, and must be <br /> renewed in 1999 and 2000 for a period of one year. <br /> 1 . The concrete fines must be hauled away from the site after each gear's <br /> crushing and mining operation. <br /> 13. Ramsey County must define the interim uses on the property as well as the <br /> ultimate use(s) of this property.
