FINANCIAL IMPLICATION <br /> -- <br /> The cost for the marketing services as detailed in the ached contract include: <br /> $150 r hour (minimum of 1/4 hour) for preliminary marketing time and <br /> materials <br /> Plus sq. ft. leased space for the restaurant space if no co-broker is <br /> involved and $4.50 per sq. ft. if a co-broker arrangement takes place. <br /> Plus $5,000 for the pro shop space if no co-broker is involved and $7,500 If <br /> a co-broker arrangement takes place. <br /> The funds are proposed to be taken from the Recreation Facilities Fund. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the interests to end services and fmancial resources, the staff`recommends <br /> that the City of Roseville enter into the proposed agreement with Mike Scott of United <br /> Properties Brokerage for the marketing of Skating Center space. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION STED <br /> Lotion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Mike Scott of United <br /> Properties Brokerage for the marketing of Skating Center space as per the attached contract <br /> with the funds to he taken from the recreation Facilities Fund. <br />
