Final grading and utility lams must be reviewed and approved by the Public <br /> Works Director. All site lighting, including lighting for the parking area and exterior building <br /> lighting I must comply with the requirements of Section 10 10.12 of the City <br /> Code. A lighting plan must be submitted to and approved by the City in <br /> conjunction with application for a building permit. <br /> 5.
