Consider a Resolution Related to Adopting the Preliminary 2012-2013 Not- <br /> to-Exceed Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Levy <br /> Pust moved, Johnson seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10931 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "A Resolution Submitting the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, <br /> in and for the City of Roseville, Special Property Tax Levy on Real Estate to the <br /> Ramsey County Auditor for the Fiscal Year of 2012;" in the amount of$353,500. <br /> Councilmember McGehee questioned why there was not copy of the 2012 Pro- <br /> posed Budget for the HRA in the meeting packet materials. <br /> HRA Executive Director Patrick Trudgeon distributed a copy of the DRAFT <br /> Budget worksheet dated June 13, 2011, attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> while reminding Councilmember McGehee that the City Council did not actually <br /> approve the HRA budget. Mr. Trudgeon noted that HRA had approved a prelimi- <br /> nary budget for recommendation to the City Council, as submitted at an earlier <br /> meeting; and indicated that the HRA was lowering their budget by approximately <br /> $9,000 from 2010; proposing a$444,500 budget for the not-to-exceed preliminary <br /> levy. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Pust; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: McGehee. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Recess <br /> Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 8:35 p.m. and reconvened at approximately <br /> 8:42 p.m. <br /> e.
