A minor subdivision to transfer this property from 2075 Snelling Avenue <br /> North (McDonald's - land owned by applicant) to 2096 Fry Street North (four- <br /> plexes - land owned by applicant) was approved by the City Council on <br /> September 8, 1997, subject to approval of a comprehensive plan <br /> amendment and rezoning of the parcel. <br /> 4. The proposed comprehensive plan amendment is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of <br /> the city Code (Zoning). <br /> 5.
