The City has a policy to issue blanket minor variances for <br />driveway sideard setbacks. <br />2. In accordance with City policy{ the following minor variance <br />is presented for Council approval. <br />a. Stephen and Joan Lethart request for a 2 foot variance <br />at 2946 Mildred Drive. <br />Alternatives: <br />1. To deny the variances and require the driveways to ]be <br />installed with the proper 5 foot setbacks. <br />2e Approve the variances as proposed. <br />Pot i.c- pbj- ect_iye : <br />1.0 To bring existing non - conforming driveways in conformance <br />with the ordinance by either granting a variance or requiring <br />that they be installed with proper 5 foot setbacks. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />11 It is recommended that the City Council approve the blanket <br />minor variance as requested. <br />Council Action lie ested <br />11 Mot -ion to approve the blanket variance as requested. <br />
