Aspire Development Services Roseville <br />Our File No. 1011 -19 <br />Dear Bob: <br />REPLY To; <br />St * Paul <br />Enclosed i s a redrafted letter of understanding between Aspire <br />Development Services r the city of Roseville, and Friends of the <br />Oval. I left the agreement in the same format as it was drafted <br />by * Fuchs on behalf of Aspire because his obligations to the <br />pity are extremely generous and, if I P ut the same matters into a <br />formal contract form, it would appear extremely one sided and he <br />probably ly wou 1 d not sign it* I n stead I added these matters we <br />discussed with Steve No rt h r but have retained the letter of <br />understanding format* <br />In addition r since funds may be paid directly by donors to the <br />Friends of the oval r a nonprofit corporation which is being <br />formed at this time, l believe it is appropriate for a <br />representative of the Friends of the oval to sign off on the <br />agreements <br />Three copies of the agreement should be signed. one for the <br />city, ne for Aspire r and one for the Fr lends .
