Redevelopment of Twin Lakes Redevelopment of <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn apologized to representatives of Twin Lakes <br />Rottlund Company for the previous confusion regarding <br />Council receipt of their November 14, 2003 letter. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn requested that Councilmember <br />Maschka address this redevelopment issue and the <br />proposed process. <br />Councilmember Maschka reviewed the proposed process <br />to initiate a comprehensive plan for the entire 275 acre <br />Twin Lakes development area, rather than the original 60 <br />acres as previously proposed, with three proposed motion <br />under consideration by the City Council to facilitate <br />discussion. Councilmember Maschka noted several <br />principle parties involved in the redevelopment, including <br />Rottlund Company, Inc., d/b/a David Bernard Builders <br />and Developers; Roseville Properties; Welsh Companies; <br />
