See price submitted by Hanson on September 3, 2003. <br />D $3,129 <br />The base bid for glass + in the Public Safety area is standard energy efficient glass. The Police <br />Department requested an alternate be bid for security glass for the exterior windows in the Police <br />Administrative Offices along the north side of the building adjacent to the parking lot. The cost <br />of this alternate is $20,000. We request your approval of this item. <br />Financial Implications: A contingency budget was established for unforeseen conditions and <br />construction complications. The approximate contingency remaining is $400,000 after all <br />potential changes are considered at this time.
