Management <br />Nays: None. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 7:10 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:18 p.m. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed items of interest on the Consent <br />Agenda, with no Council questions or pubic comment. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that Item IX., A, under <br />Organizational Business, "Confirmation of Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Appointment,"' had been postponed <br />until the next regular meeting on September 29th. <br />IV. Approving Scott Santanni's Request for a Variance Approving Scott <br />and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) at 1019 Sherren Santanni's Request <br />Street (PF 3512) for a Variance and <br />Conditional Use <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded adoption of a Permit {CUP} at <br />resolution entitled, "A Resolution Denying the Request by 1019 Sherren Street <br />Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street, for a Variance to (PF 3512) <br />Section 1004.01A5 (Overall .Area) of the Roseville City <br />Code (PF 3512);" based on the findings indicated in <br />Section 6.4 of the project report dated September 22, <br />2003. <br />Development Director Dennis Welsch reviewed Mr. <br />Santanni's request and purpose to allow for large <br />detached garage, in addition to the existing attached <br />
