At the hearing the Commission Staff and the applicant questions regarding the proposal and several citizens addressed the Commission regarding their opposition to the request, 7.2 Chris Seger spore in opposition of the proposal noting that 98.5% of Roseville is developed and would like to see this parcel added to the Harriet Alexander Mature Preserve and Central Parr, citing the Parks section of the Comprehensive Plan (attachment included). 7.3 David Livingston spoke in opposition of the project, addressing the vista 2000 Report, and environmental vision (page o) preventing damage to wetlands.
