I F w No Parking after snowfall <br />2 <br />. Parking Restricted: No person shall park any vehicle, except in compliance <br />4 with directions of a police officer or in compliance with regulatory parking <br />5 signs, on any street for a period of forty eight (48) hours commencing <br />6 immediately after any two inches (2") or more continuous snowfall or until <br />7 snow removal has been completed on any street, whichever occurs first. Removal of Illegally Parked vehicles: Any vehicle parked in violation of this <br />Section is declared to be a nuisance which interferes with snow removal from <br />12 public streets and any police offices -nay .,remove 'or' c6tise to be, removed, <br />13 surnmarily, any such vehicle by means of towing or otherwise or such police <br />14 officer may require the driver or owner to remove such vehicle off the paved, <br />15 improved or traveled portion of such street. Prosecution for Violation: The removal of a vehicle which is parked in <br />18 violation of this Section, either by a police officer or under the direction of a <br />19 police officer, shall not preclude a prosecution for violation of any provision <br />20 of this Chapter. (Ord. 361, -6 -6) (602.090) <br />21 <br />22 Section 1018.10. Joint Parking Facilities <br />3 <br />4 A. Joint Parking Facilities Permitted. Required parking facilities searing two or <br />5 more uses may be located on the same lot..or.-in the same structure, provided that <br />the total number of parking spaces. General Conditions For Approval: The City Council may approve the joint use of <br />30 parking facilities for the following uses or activities under the following <br />31 conditions: (1005.0 .IE2) <br />3 <br />33 1. Up to fifty percent 0 %) of the parking facilities required for a theater, <br />34 bowling alley, dance hall, bar or restaurant may be supplied by the off - street <br />35 parking facilities provided by types of uses specified under subsection 4 <br />36 below as primarily daytime rises. (1005.01E2a) <br />37 <br />38 2. Up to fifty percent (50 %) of the off - street parking facilities required for any <br />39 use specified under subsection 4 below as primarily daytime uses may be <br />supplied by the parking facilities provided by the following nighttime or <br />41 Sunday uses: Auditoriums incidental to a public or parochial school, churches, <br />42 bowling alleys, dance halls, theaters, bars or restaurants.
