7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION AC1IO . <br />7.1 On April 2, 2003} the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />ocrmans variance request. At the meeting no citizens were present to address the <br />Commission and die Planning Commission had no questions of staff or the applicant <br />regarding the request. <br />7.2 The Planning Commission voted -0) to recommend that the Rosev ifle City Council <br />approve the request by Gerald Voermans for a 503 square foot 5% variance to Section <br />1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code, based on the fmd ngs of Section 5 and subject to the <br />f re conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated April 2, 2003. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 ADOPT ARE SOLUTION approving the request by Gerald Voermans for a 503 <br />square foot (5 %) VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum 'Total Surface Area) <br />of the Roseville City Code allowing construction of living area and site <br />improvements at 1251 Roma Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 (A through E) of the project report dated April 28, 20030 <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (65I- 490 -2236) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo, and draft resolution. <br />PF3462 — RCA 042803 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
