Regular City Council Minutes — 4128/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />equipment upgrades on site; orientation of the <br />equipment cabinet; and preference for screening <br />from the frontage road and neighboring property, or <br />from the parking lot. Councilmember Maschka <br />expressed his preference for complete screening or <br />relocation of the equipment box. <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10089 entitled, "A Resolution <br />Approving a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for <br />Qwest Wireless to Erect a 54 foot PCS Monopole <br />and Install Associated Equipment Cabinets in the <br />Northeast Corner of the Frank's Nursery and Crafts <br />Parcel (PF 3461)," with an amendment to the report <br />dated April 2$, 2003 to change the axis of the box <br />from the north/south side to the east/west side; and to <br />provide screening around the facility, with a <br />preference for trees; and to remove the facility from <br />the parking dot, and facilitate required changes <br />outlined by staff and subject to final staff review; <br />with a revised Site Plan diagram {Exhibit Z -4} to be <br />provided as part of the permanent record for this <br />project. <br />Roll Call (Maschka Amendment) <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schro-eder,Kough. and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Rolf Call (Main Motion. as Amended) <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />V1, Hearings <br />A.
