We will be in attendance at the ,tune 21w, 2003 City Council Meeting and we would like <br />these issues and concerns addressed and discussed openly. <br />We are awaiting a consult from a forestry consultant regarding our trees and that should <br />be completed by the June ' meeting. vac are also awaiting our stake survey and it will <br />he completed by .tune 13`'x. It is our request that the City Council beeps discussions open <br />until then, that any construction be delayed contingent upon the completion of our stake <br />surrey so that the property lines are confirmed by this survey. <br />Thank you for your time.
