Regular City Council Minutes -- 6/02/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 22 <br />Rolf Call <br />Ayes: None. <br />Nays: Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, award of Bid <br />Package # 1, Bid Groups #I and #3 to Imperial <br />Developers, Inc., in the amount of $334,000. <br />Project Manager Schwartz advised that twelve (12) bids <br />had been received for this first package. <br />Councilmember Maschka clarified with Project Manager <br />Schwartz that this was a combined bid group. <br />Rolf Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Schroeder moved, Klausing seconded, award of Bid <br />Package #1, Bid Group #2 to Midwest Asphalt, Inc., in <br />the amount of $10 i ,100. <br />Rol[ Cali <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka. and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, authorizing an <br />amendment to the Architectural Agreement with Ankeny <br />Kell Architects in the amount of $76,9b0 for design and <br />detailed construction drawing for the City Hall <br />renovation. <br />Discussion included an estimate of total architectural fees <br />and those paid to -date; and the Architect's percentage (7- <br />3/4 %) of the overall project as referenced in the Ankeny <br />Kell Architects letter dated May 12, 2003 and included as <br />part of the June 2, 2003 staff report. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays,*, None. <br />
