The Construction Mana er shall submit written <br />progress reports to the Owner an Architect including <br />in fo rrnalion on each Contractor and each Contractor's Work, <br />-� well as the entire project, showing percentages of <br />pletion. The Construction Manager- shall keep a daily log <br />.-ontainrng a record of weather, each Corttiactor s work on the <br />site, number of workers, identification of equipment, Work <br />accomplished. problems encountered. and Qth+er s irniiar <br />relevant data as the Owner may require. <br />2.3.22 The Construction Manager shall tnai stain at the <br />Projec ► site for the Owner orte recard copy of all Contracts, <br />Drawings, Specifications, addenda, Cbange Orders and other <br />Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record <br />changes and selections made during construction, and in <br />addition, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and <br />similar required submittals. The Construction Manager shall <br />maintain records, in du plicate} of principal buildijtg layout <br />lines, ele v atioris of the bottom of footings, ings, floor levels and key <br />site elevation& certified by a qualified surveyor or professional <br />engincer. The Consiniction Mana e r shall make all such <br />records available to the Architect an upon completion of the <br />Project shall deliver them to the Owner. <br />2,3 -23 The Construction Manager shall arrange for the <br />delivery, storage, protection and security of Owner- purchased <br />materials, systems and equipment that are a part of the Project <br />until such items are incorporated into the Project. <br />2.3.74 With the Architect and the Owner's rnai ritenance <br />personnel, the Construction Manager shall observe the <br />Contractors" final testing and start -up of utilities, operational <br />systems and equipment. <br />'113.25 When the ConstTuction Manager considers each <br />.,'OntractorIs Work or a designated portion thereof substantially <br />complete, the Construction Manager shall, jointly with the <br />Contractor} prepare for the Architect a list of incomplete or <br />unsatisfactory items and a schedule for their completion.
