5.18 An extensive tall and sidewalk system is proposed for the site. Sidewalks would be <br />constructed along and adjacent to Centennial Drive, Hamline Avenue and Terrace Drive. <br />Sidewalks would also be constructed from these walkways to the retail shops and housing <br />access, as well as adjacent to the parking lots. An elaborate trail system meanders through the <br />site, with a general focus around the stoma water management pond and will be encouraged for <br />public use. This is consistent with the Arona- Mainline Neighborhood Master Plan and the need <br />for neighborhood pedestrian access i <br />
