neighborhood conlrnercial space, with associated site improvements and ,,a future office <br />addition, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report dated February 5, 2003. <br />SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />The City staff believes this project is consistent with the direction provided by the <br />Comprehensive Plan and the Arona — Hamline Neighborhood Master Plan, which encourages <br />high quality housing diversity and mixed -use neighborhood revitalization.
