Leisure Vision will vaeocode <br />survey results to the latitude and <br />longitude coordinates of the area <br />where a respondent lives. This <br />technique allows survey data to be <br />integrated with geographic <br />information systems (GIS)l, which <br />allows your community to ((map" <br />survey responses. In addition to <br />enhancing the quality of <br />presentations,, these maps can be <br />used to support strategic analysis <br />and decision making. <br />Geocoding can help identify <br />xvhPrP ann exit in service <br />delivery to help your community direct resources to those areas where improved recreation <br />programs and/or facilities are needed most. In addition to geocoding the surveys, Leisure Vision <br />can create up to 10 maps of survey results for public presentation <br />Phase 11: Deliverables <br />■ Draft copies and final copy of the survey document <br />Phase III: Reports and Presentations <br />A draft Survey report and final report will be deve loped for review by the Citizen Organizing <br />Committee. Inclusive will be an executive summary of findings, graphs and charts, cross-tabular <br />analysis by regions, gender, etc. Considerable attention will be paid to the results of survey <br />questions which address validations of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan recommendations. <br />Up to fifteen (15) copies of the draft and final reports will be prepared. Leisure Vision will make <br />a presentation of the final report findings to the Citizen Organizing Committee and other City <br />officials. A power Point presentation of final survey results will be submitted to the City for use <br />in public presentations.
