Site Visits and Weekly Meetings <br />Leisure Vision will make two (2) on-site visits as part of the survey development and <br />presentation process to the City of Roseville. We will cost effectively use phone conference <br />calls to carry out related survey tasks. We have used this approach on many highly successful <br />projects throughout the country. <br />We would anticipate the site visits being for the following purposes.- <br />Site Visit 41.- Conduct Kick-off Meeting with the Citizen Organizing Committee and City <br />officials. <br />Site Visit 42.- Presentation of final results of the Survey to the Citizen Organizing Committee <br />and City officials. <br />Leisure Vision Project Approach -8 <br />
