Leisure Vision has developed a number of state of the art and unique analysis tools that can <br />add additional value to the Survey as well as serving as important information supporting <br />master planning efforts. NOTE: Some of these optional tools may have already been <br />conducted in the m aster plan work to-date, but if not can be important validation tools. <br />1. National Benchmarkhrg <br />Leisure Vision has an <br />unparalleled data base of <br />more than 70,,000 survey <br />responses from parks and <br />recreation surveys from. <br />communities across the <br />country,, including <br />Minnesota. <br />Benchmarking "National <br />Averages"' have been <br />developed for numerous <br />strategically important parks <br />and recreation planning and <br />management issues <br />including.- customer <br />satisfaction and usage of <br />parks and programs; <br />methods for receiving <br />marketing information; reasons that prevent members of households from using parks and <br />recreation facilities more often; priority recreation programs, parks, facilities and trails to <br />improve or develop; priority programming spaces to have in planned community centers and <br />aquatic facilities; etc. <br />This information will be provided as compared to survey findings from the City of Roseville to <br />aid in the Survev Lprocess and consensus development.
