I want to take ownership of this city that has indirectly nurtured m�e. I will bring a perspective that is new, but add to the existing values! what is your view of the role of this Commission/ Board?: while there are many and various ways in which an advisory Commission/Board plays a role, I believe that a critical role is to share knowledge, and to consult with the council as to best practice�s both in proactive and reactive processes on issues such as race , class, ge�nde r, age , ability, re�ligion, hum�anitie�s, rights, j'ustice , etc... I believe that this Board has a huge responsibility in prromr oting a culture that is inclusive in com�m�unications and activities. Any further inform�ation you would like the city council to consider or that you feel is relevant to the appointm�e�nt or re�appointm�e�nt you are se�e�king.: I have a genuine passion and desire to perform efforts toward social justice, economy ic access and equality, and all things under healthy comr mr unity building. I know that my skills and talents will be much appreciated, and I will bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the Human Rights Advisory Commission and its vision.
