City of Roseville,, Minnesota "Development Diistriict Act" or Tiny Development Diistriicts Act" or "Act" means the statutory proviisiions of Minnesota Statuites, Sections 469-124 to 469.134, iincl�u�siive, as amended and suippl�emented from tiime to tiime. "Development Diistriict No. 1" or "Development Diistriict" means the geographi�c area that was desiignated and created on October 13, 1982 puirsui ant to the Development Diistriict Act. "Development Program" means the Development Program adopted on October 13, 1982 i�ncl�u�di�ng all amendments and modi�fi�cati�ons adopted throu�gh June 13, 2011. "Land Use Regulations" means all federal, state and local l s, runes, regu�l�atiions, ordiinances and pleas rel�atiing to or governiing the u�se or development of lend in the County, iincl�u�diing bust not l�iimiited to environmental, z,oniing and bu�iil�diing code l�aws and regu�l�atiions. "Port Auithoriity Act" means the statultory proviisiions of Minnesota St tune", Sections 469-48 to 469.068, iincl�u�siive, as amended and supplemented from tiime to tiime. "Pro rams) means the Restated Development Program for the Project Area. "Protect Area" means the real property located wi�thi1n the geographi�c bou�ndariles of Development Diistriict No. 1. "Restated Development Program" means this Program, whi�ch i1ncorporates the Development Program as previlou�sl�y modilfiled and as restated hereiln, for the Project Area and as iIt shall be modilfiled or restated, from tiIme to tiIme hereafter, as defilned in Minnesota Statultes, Section 469.125, su�bdiI vilsilon I "School Di�stri�cti" means Independent School DiIstri�ct No. 621 or Independent School DiIstri�ct NITOW "State" means the State of Minnesota. "Tax Increment Act" means the statultory proviisiions of Minnesota St tune", sectiions 469-174 to 469.1799, iincl�uisiive, as amended and suippl�emented from tiime to tiime. "Tax Increment Bonds" means the general obl�iigatiion or revenue tax iincrement bonds iissu�ed and to be iissu�ed by the Ciity to fiinance the pu�bl�iic costs associiated witty the Project Area as stated iin the Program and in the Tax Increment Pleas for each of the Tax Increment Diistriicts wiithiin the Project Area. The term "Tax Increment Bonds" shall also iincl�u�de any obl�iigatiions iissu�ed to refuind the Tax Increment Bonds. "Tax Increment Diistriict" means any tax iincrement financing diistriict presentl establ�iished or to Ike establ�iished in the fuituire wiithiin the Project Area. "Tax Increment PI n" means the respectilve Tax Increment Fiinanciing PI n for each Tax Increment Diistriict located wiithiin the Project Area. SPRINGS�TED Page 2
