As of June 1, 2008, the district shows an increase in the number of students
served in our elementary schools. Tina Clasen and the census department will glean the
neighborhood data for hints of enrollment shifts. An operations team, headed by Bob
Rygh, will monitor utility and building repair costs on a monthly basis. Because of stable
enrollment and a revised enrollment projection, it is my recommendation to maintain the
current building and grade configurations for 2009 — 2010 school year.
Milepost #2: Form "Partner Schools" among the six neighborhood elementary
schools to ensure more efficient staffing, access to special programming, curriculum
development, staff development and transportation
Responsible District Administrator —District Center Administrators
Team Composition — Elementary Principals, Student Services Staff, Transportation
Department and the Technology Team
Planning Timeline — Completed
Pilot Project— September 2005
Projected Implementation— Implemented
District Center a 1251 County Rd B2 West a Roseville, MN 55113-3299
PHONE 651/635-1600 a F 651/635-1659 a www.isd623.org
Roseville, Area School District 623 is an equal opportunity affirmative action educator and employer, committed to a culturally diverse
workforce.
