The objectives include a strong communication <br />plan and expansion of the E -1 education concept. At the present time, ECFE is located <br />in Parkview,, Fairview and Little Canada. ELSE (Special Education) is located at <br />Parkview and Fairview,, and School Readiness is offered at Fairview. The three main <br />((roadblocks"' to expanding the ECFE programming are funding, available space and <br />educating the community.
