One ordinance (# 13 5' '8) addressed Titles 10 and I I of the City <br />Code, pertaining to cul-de-sacs. The other ordinance (# 1315 9) addressed Titles 10 and I I of the <br />City Code pertaining to Zoning and Subdivision Codes based or. the recommendations frorn the <br />C� <br />Single-Family Residential Lot Split Study Group. <br />An ordinance is effective once it is PUIRM <br />Under State Statute, the City Council can approve an ordinance summary, rather than an entire <br />ordinance,, for publication purposes. The ordinance summary requires a 4/5 majority to be <br />approved for publication. <br />Counicilmember Kough was absent from the meeting, on January 28. The motion to publish <br />summaries of the ordinances tailed on a 3-1 motion. <br />mom <br />The Roseville Review is the City's Official Newspaper. 'The paper publishes legal <br />announcements in accordance to City Code and state statute. The cost to publish the full <br />Ordinance 1358, regarding cul-de-sacs would be $86.02. The cost, to publish the summary would <br />be $12-160. <br />The cost to publish the full Ordinance 1359 regarding Lot Splits would be $603.22.
