Memorandum to Jeff Agnes and Jamle Swanson <br />Subject: Supplemienvfl Traffic Review for Out of 8 1 Concept PUD for Har Mar Shopping Center <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />November 15, 2007 <br />Field Observations and Traffic Counts <br />We completed tra,ffic counts on County Road B for the following movements: <br />Ri n <br />ght turns exiting at the westerly 'g ht turn access <br />Eastbound u-turns at the County Road B/main access intersection by motorists who <br />turned right out at the westerly right tum access <br />Eastbound -turn' eat the County Road B/main access intersection by motorists who <br />appro ached ,fro rn the west on County Road B, west of the fight tarn access <br />Eastbound u-turns at the County Road Bilmain,access intersection Presently are allowed at all <br />times, excleptfrom Monday to FlIday from 11:00 am. to 1:00 pii.m. and from 4:00 P.m. to 61:00 <br />p.m. One of the concerns City staff raised was that numerious violations of this u-ttirn restriction <br />'To rospond to th' <br />occur. is concern and to quantify the numbier of u-tu,ms when a-toms are <br />allowed, we collected the previow-dy mentioned data for the following time penods: <br />* Weekday 11:00 a. m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (U-turns prohibited) <br />is Saturday 11.00 noon to 2:00 p.m. and weekday 1.-00 p, m. to 3:00 pan.
