The Cltv will prepare and publish the proposals solicitation for the Project as V required by state and 1�ederal laws. The City will include in the solicitation the required language for federal -aid contracts as supplied by Mn/DOT. The solicitation Neill state where the City will receive the sealed proposals. 4.
